Might sound a bit silly, but they can seriously help keep your head in gear and motivated.  A vision board takes the elements of a scrapbook but instead of looking into the past it creates a vision of your future.  A board of pictures, quotes and aspirations that you look to for inspiration will be very beneficial for keeping your head where it needs to be! Inspirational figures such as Oprah and Ellen use inspiration boards to stay motivated.
